RECOVERY SESSIONS

How it works:

  1. Book your preferred session/service below.

  2. When you show up, your instructor will give you a brief demonstration of how to use your selected device(s) and or tool(s).

  3. Recovery sessions are safely designed for your instructor to be hands-off, so you can enjoy your recovery in peace and privacy.

  4. Please note that your trainer may have a fitness client at the same time, however you’ll have a private area for your recovery session and your instructor will be checking on you and is available for assistance.

  5. You’ll have wifi access and a private speaker for your enjoyment.

  6. If you’d like to enjoy any of the below tools under the full attention of your instructor, please book a Guided Rehabilitation Session by contacting us.

Recovery Sessions are available to you by appointment only, separate from your training sessions, so anyone can benefit even if you’re not a fitness training client!
