FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Packages from a customized program are a way to save money by purchasing bulk sessions up front. It’s a great way to fully commit to a program (accountability is important) and sessions are only taken away as they are serviced or under terms and agreement. A program package is 5 sessions or more purchased up front.

  • A la cart sessions are available for purchase. Since there isn’t any commitment the session will be full priced for type of service rendered. Session must be purchased before training. Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled outside of 24 hours.

  • Nutrition and supplementation consulting is included at a basic level. For more customized guidance there will be an additional fee or it will be included in your program purchase.

  • Our sessions are fully customized to the individual so yes they are for everyone. A session doesn’t mean that you will be going full throttle for an hour. We take into consideration your level of fitness and desired goal for a systematic approach that is adaptable.

  • Sessions are held Monday-Friday starting at 6am, ending time varies depending on the day and location.

  • The simple answer to this is everything. With over 25 years of experience in helping others with their fitness journey I take everything from physical ability, learning style, personality, desired goals, etc into customizing and building a lifestyle change program.

  • Going to a private residence can be arranged at a premium cost. It needs to be scheduled a minimum of 1 week in advance with a non refundable deposit after 72 hours. Because we are typically booked with clients we have chosen 2 convenient locations where clients in the area meet us. This allows us to service more people at a more affordable rate.

  • We do and have worked with individuals that have mental, physical disabilities/conditions. We ask that you disclose those ahead of time so we can properly prepare and determine how to best service the session.

  • With the right program you can have a session every day. We don’t recommend starting off training every day until we determine your level of fitness. Recovery is just as important.

  • Training Wheelz is not cross fit. Training wheelz can take someone who wants cross fit level workouts to improve their cross fit capabilities. We take all training modalities to create a program fit for you.

  • Covid 19 has effective many individuals in a variety of ways. Even before covid we provide a sanitized and clean environment. For those that want to utilize a mask we have them available for use.
